What happens as your community grows
More reach means more conversations, and without a method they turn into noise.
Unanswered questions
Hundreds of comments and messages across channels. The ones left unanswered come across as indifference, even when they aren't.
Requests that slip through
One neighbor writes on Messenger, another leaves a comment, a third fills in a form: nobody knows what was answered or what's still open.
Everyone keeps their own list
Spreadsheets and personal chats with no shared history. When someone leaves the team, the context leaves with them.
Compliance risk
Unauthorized political ads, contact lists without consent or prohibited messaging can lead to penalties or suspended accounts.
What's included
A team working on your community every day, with the PushLeads platform behind it so nothing gets lost.
One inbox for your community
Messenger, your website chat, email and forms in one place, with each person's full history.
Facebook and Instagram comments
Moderation and replies on your posts' comments. AI drafts replies and the team reviews them.
AI assistant for constituent support
On your website, around the clock, it answers from your approved platform, proposals and schedule. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant and hands sensitive topics to a person.
Posts and content calendar
Scheduling on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from a shared calendar. Nothing goes live without your approval.
A record of your community
Everyone who writes in is logged with their neighborhood or town, the issues they care about and their role (supporter, volunteer, community leader), along with their data consent.
Request tracking
Every constituent request moves through stages (received, in progress, answered), with an owner and tasks in the team planner.
Schedule, events and volunteers
Sign-up forms, meeting booking links and short links that show which call to action worked best.
Authorized advertising
Campaign management on Meta and Google with political advertiser authorization and a compliant “Paid for by” disclaimer.
Email for your community
Newsletters and event invitations by email, sent only to people who opted in and always with an unsubscribe link.
Regular reports
Conversation volume, the most asked-about issues and request status, with the team's recommendations.
How we work
Four steps, from the first assessment to day-to-day operations.
Assessment
A meeting to understand your territory, the channels you already use and your priorities.
Setup
We connect your pages, load your platform, proposals and FAQs, and agree on the tone and the topics a person always reviews.
Daily operations
The team moderates, replies and publishes; AI answers instantly on your website.
Reports and adjustments
We go over what the community is saying with you and adjust messages and priorities.
How the assistant answers on your website
Illustrative example: it answers from the information you approve and logs everything for the team.

Hi, I live in the San José neighborhood. What's the plan for lighting in the parks?
Hi, I'm the team's virtual assistant. The public spaces proposal includes restoring lighting in neighborhood parks; here's the full document. Would you like us to let you know about the next meeting in your area?

Clear rules from day one
We work within platform policies and the law. Here is what that means in practice.
No WhatsApp API for political purposes
WhatsApp Business policy does not allow politicians, candidates or campaigns to use its business messaging platform, so we don't use it for this service.
Transparent advertising
Ads about politics require advertiser authorization and a “Paid for by” disclaimer. We walk you through that process before any ad runs.
Consent-based data
We only contact people who gave their consent, always with a way to opt out, in line with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and your country's data-protection law.
No fake profiles or impersonation
The assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant. We don't use fake accounts or bots that pretend to be people.
Who it's for
Candidates
Who need to answer everyone without losing time on the ground.
Council members and legislators
And their offices, which receive community requests every day.
Mayors' and governors' teams
Who coordinate the digital conversation with the community.
Parties and movements
Organizing volunteers, events and territories.
Community leaders
Who want to organize and grow their community.
Frequently asked questions
Is this software or a service?
Both. Our team delivers the service on the PushLeads platform, and your team can get access to see conversations, the community records and reports.
Can you handle my WhatsApp?
Not with automation: WhatsApp Business policy prohibits using its platform for political purposes. We work with Facebook, Instagram comments, your website, email and forms.
Does the AI answer without oversight?
No. It only answers from the information you approve: platform, proposals, schedule and FAQs. Complaints, sensitive topics and anything outside that information go to a person on the team.
Who owns the community data?
You do. It's handled with consent, you can export it whenever you want and anyone can opt out at any time.
What about election periods?
We follow the deadlines and rules of the electoral authority and of each platform, such as advertising restrictions in the days before an election.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the channels, message volume and coverage hours. After the assessment we send you a tailored proposal.
