• Create and run campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok)
• Use AI to optimize and automate campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance
• Generate lead capture forms

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this Service.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages to people without consent
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Transmit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service to compete with PushLeads
• Send malware, viruses, or malicious code

5. Anti-Spam Law Compliance

You must comply with all applicable marketing and anti-spam laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and the local laws of your jurisdiction. This includes obtaining appropriate consent before sending commercial communications.

6. Plans and Payments

6.1 Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.

6.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice. Changes will not affect the current billing period.

6.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our discretion.

The Service, including software, design, code, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of PushLeads and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or create on the platform. You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Artificial Intelligence

Our AI agent analyzes your campaigns and data to provide recommendations and optimizations. By using these features:

• You accept that the AI may process your content and campaign data
• You acknowledge that AI suggestions are automated and should be reviewed before implementation
• You retain final responsibility for content and marketing decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee specific results from your campaigns
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures
• We are not responsible for the actions of external providers (Meta, Google, Twilio, etc.)
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payments are overdue
• Your activity puts the Service or other users at risk
• Required by law or court order

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to keep the Service available 24/7, there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
